About The Position

Our Assistant Store Managers are leaders in that area and create the culture for the staff they lead. This person is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all facets of running a convenience store which includes training new staff, ordering for the store, leading staff in providing exemplary customer service, and communicating with company leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 and be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Obtain Oklahoma Alcohol Serving License
• Retail/leadership experience
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Store Manager in all facets of running a convenience store
• Training new staff
• Ordering for the store
• Leading staff in providing exemplary customer service
• Communicating with company leadership
