Requirements

1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
Familiar with maintenance work order systems and technical drawings
Proficient with hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment

Nice To Haves

PLC certification preferred, not required
Welding and machining experience a plus
Associate’s or Technical School Degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Computer Science preferred

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on production and utility equipment.
Troubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drive systems.
Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents.
Complete preventive maintenance checks and document work in CMMS.
Support line systems (lubrication, resin delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and production teams.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow sanitation protocols.
Track and report parts usage and inventory levels.
Follow all safety and compliance standards (OSHA, MSS, SOPs).
Perform other duties as needed.
