About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Maintenance Technician responsible for various building maintenance tasks. The role requires familiarity with building maintenance techniques, equipment, and the operation of plumbing, heating, sanitation, and electrical systems. Knowledge of carpentry, fire, and safety regulations is also necessary. The technician must be able to identify malfunctioning equipment and possess excellent communication skills. A current Mississippi Driver License is required.

Requirements

• Familiarity with building maintenance techniques, equipment, and operation of plumbing and heating systems, sanitation, electrical systems, carpentry and fire and safety regulations and procedures.
• General knowledge and ability to detect malfunctioning equipment.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Current Mississippi Driver License.

• One year experience with an emphasis in electrical work and HVAC.
