Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Second Shift) Join our Facilities team supporting the maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems within a manufacturing environment. This role is primarily focused on facility maintenance and infrastructure reliability, with occasional support provided to production equipment as needed. How will you make an impact? You will help maintain a safe, functional, and efficient manufacturing facility by ensuring building systems and infrastructure are operating reliably. Through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities, you will support uninterrupted operations and a safe working environment for employees.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or facilities environment.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and general building maintenance systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Familiarity with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work second shift and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree, certification, or vocational training preferred.
  • Experience maintaining building systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure preferred.
  • Associate degree or technical certification in Facilities Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, HVAC, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing facilities or industrial environments.
  • Universal EPA Certification, electrical license, or other relevant trade certifications preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, lighting, and building infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility-related equipment and utilities to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate and support building repairs, installations, and facility improvement projects.
  • Monitor facility equipment performance and document maintenance activities in CMMS.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to facility operations and reliability.
  • Provide occasional maintenance and troubleshooting support for manufacturing equipment as needed.
  • Partner with Facilities, Production, Engineering, and EHS teams to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
