This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting a variety of equipment, facilities, and improvement projects.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience in general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and minor construction.
Basic welding and fabrication experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience using power tools such as drills, grinders, impacts, and saws.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance to keep equipment, facilities, and operations running safely and efficiently.
Complete work orders, repair equipment, and support general maintenance of machinery, buildings, and shop areas.
Assist with minor construction projects, welding, fabrication tasks, and facility repairs, including doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and painting.
Support multiple departments by transporting equipment, organizing materials, and assisting with general labor needs across facilities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring equipment reliability and operational readiness.
Collaborate with maintenance teams, supervisors, and facility leaders to identify and implement improvements.
