Our Byesville, OH plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other liquid ingredients. Training will be from 630AM - 300PM Monday - Friday, position will work 700AM-700PM on weekends. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our production lines running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll work directly with modern manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues in real time, and help improve how our plant operates day to day. This is a hands-on role in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment where your technical skills matter, your ideas are heard, and your work has a visible impact every shift.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally chemical or beverage manufacturing.
  • Proficient in electrical, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
  • Practiced in safe work habits.
  • Team player with enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work well done.
  • Self-starter dedicated to continual quality improvement.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial maintenance degree
  • welding certification
  • industrial electrical certification
  • Associate degree in a related field or completion of a Trades/Technical School program
  • SAP knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime and keep operations moving
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
  • Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
  • Follow and promote strong safety and quality standards at all times
