About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of electric, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Hands-on experience with solenoids, breakers, drives, contactors, and motors (single-phase, multiphase, servo)
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong use of hand and power tools
- Ability to interpret technical documents and follow detailed work instructions
- Basic math skills and experience using calipers, rulers, tape measures, and scales
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Able to manage small projects including sourcing materials and coordinating timelines
Nice To Haves
- 8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Experience with PLCs and automation systems
- Familiarity with manual lathe and mill operation
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and industry best practices
- Advanced computer and technical documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Perform and document preventative maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, compressors, laser cutters, and more
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret technical documentation including schematics, service manuals, and blueprints
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with OSHA and company standards
- Create and manage work orders, purchase parts, and track inventory as needed
- Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete tasks and projects
- Communicate with equipment manufacturers and vendors for technical support or parts ordering
- Safely work with a variety of hazards including high voltage (up to 480V), hot surfaces, sharp tools, and pressurized systems
