About The Position

This full-time position will perform preventative maintenance and repairs within our production and taproom facilities. Our maintenance technician’s works closely with the production teams to ensure efficient and safe brewing operations. The Maintenance Team provides on-site coverage M-F 6am - 10pm and on-call coverage after hours and over the weekends. Shift hours described below, will start once training is complete. Typical Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Fridays: 8:00am - 4:00pm (Schedule may vary depending on packaging needs, special projects, and team coverage) Rotating On-Call: Weekday evenings and weekend on call rotation. Every seven weeks, technicians will be on call after normal operating hours Note -30 minute duty-free lunch breaks are compensated if remaining onsite.

Requirements

  • 1-2 yrs maintenance work experience, preferably in either brewery or manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Safe and efficient use of hand tool and power tools
  • Troubleshooting in a challenging environment
  • Manufacturing mechanical knowledge
  • General electrical knowledge and wiring skills
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial brewing and packaging processes
  • Experience with PLC automation and instrumentation
  • Motor and pump maintenance and rebuilding
  • Boiler and steam generator maintenance
  • General HVAC/R troubleshooting
  • Plumbing knowledge
  • Fabrication/Welding skills
  • Experience in painting, drywall and basic carpentry

Responsibilities

  • Executing preventative maintenance routes.
  • Performing necessary equipment repairs in a timely fashion.
  • Assisting in process improvement of packaging, brewing, and facility processes.
  • Assisting in developing SOPs and future maintenance programs.
  • Daily cleaning and organizing of the maintenance area.
  • Creates and cultivates an inclusive environment for our guests and co-owners.
