About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Park Avenue West, a 122-unit apartment community in Denver, Colorado. The technician is responsible for the property’s general appearance and maintenance, helping create a positive living experience for residents.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• A valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of previous maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Help prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Perform occasional on-call duties; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
