About The Position
Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a full-time Maintenance Tech within our Facilities department. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience in maintenance is essential.
- Receive and follow maintenance schedules and instructions according to established policies and procedures.
- Perform maintenance duties on grounds and parking lots areas assigned or scheduled.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facilities equipment to include plumbing, painting, plastering, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical, etc as assigned or as scheduled.
- Perform preventative maintenance schedules.
- Maintain a valid driver license.
- Participate in on call rotation responsibilities as assigned.
- Perform all other task as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Construct and maintain wooden or metal structures
- Perform routine and specialized painting
- Perform general repairs to building and movable structures
