Requirements

7+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Advanced multi-craft expertise (mechanical, electrical, controls)
Strong PLC and automation troubleshooting capability
Ability to lead complex repair efforts independently
CNC or robotics specialization
Machine rebuild or retrofit experience
Predictive maintenance and reliability program involvement

Responsibilities

Lead advanced troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
Diagnose PLC, drive, servo, and safety circuit failures
Perform precision alignment, calibration, and validation
Lead major repairs, rebuilds, and equipment retrofits
Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
Mentor technicians and provide technical guidance
Improve maintenance strategies and equipment reliability
Expert troubleshooting of automated and CNC systems
Strong PLC diagnostics and system-level problem solving
Deep knowledge of drives, servos, and motion systems
Advanced fluid power diagnostics
Strong root cause and reliability mindset
