Requirements
- Proven HVAC experience and/or relevant certifications, with a well-rounded working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, and general repairs.
- Capable, safe, and efficient with all standard hand and power tools.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate company vehicles (golf carts, quads, and utility trucks).
- Comfort with active work, including heavy lifting, tile work, and active property mobility.
- A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and a genuine pride in a job well done.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC heating and cooling systems to keep residents comfortable year-round.
- Tackle diverse daily challenges spanning plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, appliance installation, drywall, flooring, and masonry.
- Execute preventative maintenance programs and oversee seasonal operations (like snow removal and grounds care) to keep our properties pristine, safe, and beautiful.
- Partner directly with third-party contractors, property supervisors, and site staff to drive large-scale projects and property refurbishments to completion.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to deliver peace of mind and urgent support during emergency situations.
