About The Position
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Maintenance Technician on 3rd Shift to install and maintain machinery and equipment in industrial establishment. Schedule & Shift: Monday - Friday (5 days x 8 hours), 9:30PM - 5:30AM. Sign on Bonus: $4,000.
Requirements
- Minimum two years industry experience and/or training
- Strong language, mathematical, reasoning and computer skills needed
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
- Safe operation of machines and tools
- Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
- Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Dismantles machines
- Moves machinery and equipment
- Assembles and installs equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails
- Aligns machines and equipment
- Assembles machines, and bolds, welds and rivets or otherwise fastens them to structures
- Repairs and lubricates machines and equipment
- Complete preventative and total productive maintenance
