About The Position

The Richdale Apartments Maintenance team is seeking a dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technician to join their team at one of their 4 locations in the areas of Minneapolis. Our maintenance professionals are a valued part of our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work and commitment. Relocation assistance is available for qualified out-of-state candidates.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, vendors, contractors, and management

Nice To Haves

HVAC certification preferred; boiler license a plus
Training opportunities available for motivated candidates
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Respond to service requests in a timely manner, including, air conditioning HVAC, electrical, plumbing and pool-related repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
Identify hazardous conditions and address them immediately
Delivers communication and notices to residents as needed
Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Assist with maintaining property standards during seasonal weather conditions
