About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician I at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure a high-quality guest experience and uphold company standards.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license required.
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Able to lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 50 lbs without assistance.
Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Performs Villa Care Preventive Maintenance tasks as assigned (e.g., basic painting, basic repairs like replacing lightbulbs, performing temperature readings on appliances/HVAC).
Performs minor building repairs as assigned.
Responds and attends to guest repair requests.
Performs general engineering-related inventory duties.
Participates in regular training for safety, technical knowledge, and career development as applicable.
Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs.
Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contributes to team goals.
Follows company policies and safety procedures.
