Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years old
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Comfortable working physically through various tasks—lifting 80-100 lbs., climbing ladders, and using machinery
Highly organized
Detail-oriented
Good problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good working knowledge of building maintenance and facility equipment repairs to include but not limited to basic HVAC, plumbing, operating heavy equipment, minor electrical repairs; and the knowledge to maintain building code and operational compliance.
A general knowledge of the use of hand and power tools and the ability to understand mechanical systems.
Physical ability to work with machinery and basic construction and farming equipment.
The position requires sitting, standing, walking, the use of ladders and kneeling for extended periods of time, climbing stairs, bending, leaning, stooping.
Physical ability to lift 80-100 lbs. safely and operate various motorized equipment necessary to perform the job.
Good problem solving and mechanical skills.
