Requirements

• Working knowledge of electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows, and locks.
• Experience with heat/AC repair
• Able to safely lift appliances, use standard maintenance tools, and drive company vehicles (trucks, quads, and golf carts).

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance requests, troubleshoot Heating systems, and repair appliances.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, drywall work, tile work, painting, and sewer maintenance.
• Assist with landscaping, preventative maintenance programs, and seasonal snow removal to keep the grounds looking pristine.
• Collaborate with dynamic on-site teams and contractors, stepping up for rewarding emergency "on-call" rotations when needed.
