About The Position

Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assist their manager in keeping operations running smoothly. This customer-facing role includes general customer service and support for store, restaurant, and truck care departments. Love’s provides training for candidates with no prior experience.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including performing equipment repair and maintenance involving HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
• Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
• Cross-train in other departments or roles, potentially including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
