About The Position
The Entry Level Maintenance Technician develops industrial maintenance knowledge and skills through on-the-job training. The role involves learning electrical construction and installation, electrical maintenance and repair, safety procedures, and electronic controls. As skills develop and as assigned, the technician follows up on work to ensure it is performed properly, completes paperwork according to company guidelines, works assigned shifts, helps maintain clean work areas, and complies with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to read and follow instructions.
- Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
- Able to calculate percentages, measurements, volume, and rate.
- Able to apply concepts of high school mathematics.
- Able to use common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or graphic instructions.

- Previous corrugated industry experience.
