About The Position

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for our night shift in Sussex, WI. This role focuses on performing advanced maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on electrical troubleshooting and ensuring the reliability of our converting, printing, and extruding equipment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving complex electrical and mechanical challenges and ensuring our machinery operates at peak performance.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring instruments
• Proficiency with computer systems including Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role

Nice To Haves

• SAP proficiency
• Lean manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic systems and components
• Programming PLCs and installing new machinery
• Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials
• Supporting special projects and ensuring timely completion
• Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to root cause analysis
• Promoting safety and reporting any unsafe conditions
• Assisting other departments and cross-training team members
