About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This posting is part of JCB’s effort to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of the opening of our new San Antonio manufacturing facility. Requirements

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Safety-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Support equipment installations and upgrades
• Document maintenance activities
• Follow all safety requirements and procedures
