About The Position

GO Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing equipment at multiple car wash locations. The technician will collaborate with leaders and site managers to ensure daily maintenance and equipment upkeep, while managing costs to provide customers with a convenient, consistent, and exceptional car wash experience. The company is rapidly expanding across the United States.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in industrial/ commercial equipment troubleshooting.
Experience with air compressors, electrical, 3 phase motors, VFDs, motor controls, hydraulics, pluming, and pneumatics.
Demonstrate proficiency in the safe use of power tools and heavy equipment.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Forklift, welding and electrical experience and/or certification preferred, but not required.
Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Installing, repairing, and servicing equipment at multiple car washes.
Ensuring day-to-day maintenance and equipment is maintained.
Managing costs related to maintenance and equipment.
Delivering excellent customer service.
Communicating clearly, engaging, and leading others by example.
Organizing time and work to effectively and efficiently complete varying responsibilities.
Complying with all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
