About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Arbor Lake, a 250-unit apartment community in Covington, Georgia. The role is responsible for the property’s general appearance and maintenance to help create a positive living experience for residents. The position includes monitoring and addressing repair needs, completing work requests, carrying out preventative maintenance, assessing and repairing appliances, preparing vacant apartments for new residents, and maintaining a safe work environment. Occasional on-call duties are required; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the property after regular work hours.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of previous maintenance experience.
• HVAC and EPA experience.
• CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Perform occasional on-call duties; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.
