Peak is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful 160+ unit property, Benson Hills Apartments. Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our customers. Must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. This position does require on-call rotation and snow removal. Requirements

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
Must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
This position does require on-call rotation and snow removal.
Must have a valid Driver's License and transportation.
