About The Position

We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician with experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Heat Pumps. Strong HVAC experience is preferred. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.
Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.).
Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative.
Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment.
Valid Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

Strong hands-on HVAC experience.
EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (company is willing to certify you).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Heat Pumps.
Perform well-rounded general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
Collaborate effectively within a skilled crew environment.
Utilize MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device for job-related tasks.
