Maintenance Technicians- 1st & 3rd Shift
About The Position
BCI Solutions is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for both 1st and 3rd shift. We are looking for people who can find the problem, fix the problem, and get the equipment running again. This is not building maintenance. You will be troubleshooting production equipment in a demanding manufacturing environment where downtime matters. BCI operates foundry, machining, automation, and finishing operations, giving our maintenance team exposure to a wide range of industrial equipment and technical challenges. If you're the person people look for when the machine stops running, we want to talk to you.
Requirements
- Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read electrical schematics and equipment prints
- Experience diagnosing equipment failures, not just replacing parts
- Ability to work safely and independently
- Dependable attendance and willingness to respond when production needs support
