About The Position

Seeking a dedicated individual who enjoys a fast-paced and positive work environment to be an apartment maintenance tech. GC Real Estate Partners (fka Granite City Real Estate, LLC was founded in 2004 and services clients and properties throughout Minnesota. We specialize in brokerage, commercial property management, facilities maintenance, multi-housing property management, and consulting. Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Supply your own tools (we do provide larger equipment and some tools for you).
Available for being on call for after-hours emergencies.
Experience necessary.
High attention to detail.
Great customer service.
Must be able to cost-effectively analyze work needed and problem-solve.
Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction.
Driver's License (Required).

Responsibilities

Electrical.
Plumbing.
Boiler Maintenance.
General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work.
Tenant work orders as needed.
Grounds maintenance/cleaning.
General inventory of supplies and ordering.
