The Maintenance Technician will partner with operations to support equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. This role involves performing scheduled maintenance tasks during production downtime to ensure optimal equipment performance, utilizing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production equipment. The technician will diagnose equipment issues, determine root causes, and implement effective repairs or part replacements, while minimizing equipment-related production downtime through proactive and responsive maintenance. Responsibilities include responding promptly to production line calls, performing emergency repairs during operational hours, and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and work orders. The role also assists with general facility maintenance, identifies and reports faulty operations, and adheres to all company policies, safety regulations, GMPs, and standard operating procedures. The technician will use appropriate tools and equipment and maintain a clean work environment, performing additional duties as assigned.
