About The Position

We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team at our Holiday RV location. You will be responsible for community building and common area housekeeping and landscaping as well as model home housekeeping, landscaping and make-ready. You will also perform basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in housekeeping, landscaping, basic maintenance and be skilled with various housekeeping, hand and power tools.

Requirements

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches.
Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships with both guests and employees.
Ability to remain calm and professional under high stress situations.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.

Housekeeping and landscaping experience
Experience performing routine maintenance

Responsibilities

Grounds keeping and landscaping.
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Handling basic minor repairs and maintenance.
Operate landscaping equipment such as mower, weed-whacker/edger, chainsaw, blower
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
Perform routine maintenance of buildings such as fixing structural damage like window, door, wall repair, painting
Repair leaks, minor plumbing issues, change water fixtures
Operate power equipment such as saws, sanders, drills
Always follows all operational and safety procedures
