About The Position

Tonopalo is a fractional ownership property located on the lakefront of Tahoe. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in a seasonal capacity, providing strategic expertise. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overall upkeep and troubleshooting on the property. This role is ideal for professionals who want to leverage their expertise while balancing other commitments. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive key initiatives and contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Requirements

• Proven track record with general maintenance of a property
• Be able to troubleshoot and come up with a solution
• Proven track record of success in a leadership or consulting role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Maintenance of common areas, landscaping and in homes assisting owners.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and building systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Be on call in emergencies to fix the problem at hand.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are kept in safe working condition.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive efficiency.
• This position may require some cross over into housekeeping duties from time to time.
