About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance for multi-family housing communities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs. You’ll ensure safety standards are met while delivering exceptional service to residents and team members. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a maintenance technician; multifamily experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in two or more trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use property management software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and occasional climbing.
• Driver License Background Check required.
• Must maintain a valid motor vehicle record (MVR) throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

• Multifamily experience preferred.
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, ventilation).
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Service appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
• Complete light carpentry, drywall, and hardware repairs.
• Install and maintain flooring, cabinets, and countertops.
• Prepare units for occupancy and assist with seasonal maintenance.
• Inspect and clean common mechanical and storage areas.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as required.
