About The Position

The Maintenance Technician Lead is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations. This role also involves building-related installation and maintenance, such as furniture assembly, data/power installations, plumbing, and lighting repair. The technician will maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the property through painting and refurbishing. Additionally, they will repair, maintain, and monitor all equipment and amenities, keep detailed records of maintenance activities, and ensure the maintenance department and surrounding areas are clean and organized. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
0 to 2 years of related experience

Nice To Haves

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations
Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data/ power installations, plumbing and lighting repair
Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas
Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities
Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department
Other duties as assigned
