About The Position
Delmar Gardens of O'Fallon is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner. This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties.
Requirements
- Painting experience
- Drywall repair experience
- Light electrical systems experience
- Light plumbing systems experience
- Knowledgeable in building codes
- Knowledgeable in safety regulations
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience
Responsibilities
- Maintain facility in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
- Assist the Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties.
