About The Position

EMUS is seeking a 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Molding Maintenance Tech to support our fast-paced Toner Molding manufacturing operations in Lawrenceville, GA. The Molding Maintenance Tech will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines. This includes molds, molded parts assembly lines, and equipment.

Requirements

Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
Experience with product (tooling) changeovers.
Proficiency in dismantling, adjusting, repairing, assembling, and rebuilding equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
Experience with routine and preventative maintenance of molding equipment and parts assembly lines.
Ability to maintain logs and records for equipment operation.
Ability to maintain Standards of Operation and Procedures.
Ability to maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.)

Responsibilities

Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the molding and assembly processes.
Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
Perform product (tooling) changeovers.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all molding equipment and parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner fillers, and auxiliary and support equipment.
Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking, and improving equipment's overall operation, as well as maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.)
