Requirements

6+ years of maintenance experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Experience using diagnostic equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and related testing tools.
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as FiiX or other MRO platforms.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice To Haves

Technical certification, trade school training, or equivalent education.
Experience with PLCs, servo systems, automation controls, welding, fabrication, and machining.
Background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment, including motors, AC drives, PLCs, servos, sensors, switches, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
Conduct root cause analysis and develop long-term corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.
Document maintenance activities and work orders using FiiX CMMS software.
Partner with production teams to improve equipment performance, quality, and operational efficiency.
Perform fabrication, welding, and modification work as needed.
Support facility maintenance, utilities, and grounds upkeep.
Maintain a safe work environment and consistently follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
