About The Position

Lasko Products, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of portable fans and heaters for over 100 years, is looking to add a Maintenance Technician III to our light manufacturing facility in Franklin. This will be a 2nd shift role, working the hours of 3:30pm to 12am.

Requirements

2-3 years experience in similar role
Ability to think proactively, properly follow instructions, and complete duties with minimal supervision.
Ability to work around loud equipment.
Must be able to work well individually and as part of a team.
Must be mechanically adept
Must possess basic knowledge of tools.
Ability to read and follow blueprints or equipment manuals

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes of equipment issues.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns on the production floor to minimize downtime.
Assist in equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments to support production requirements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Collaborate with operators, engineers, and supervisors to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, equipment upgrades, and process enhancements.
Installing and removing screw guns, tape guns, and other equipment as needed for repair or changeovers.
