Maintenance Technician III
About The Position
Phenomenal opportunity to join our Maintenance team at the amazing Greensprings Vacation Resort with 296 units, located near the Historic Area of Williamsburg, Virginia. As a Maintenance Tech III you would be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, back of the areas in good repair, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property with your primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance and repair, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proven HVAC expertise with current certification.
- Able to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet; push and pull up to 100 lbs; lift and carry up to 50 lbs; and perform tasks requiring grasping, stooping, and overhead reaching—with or without reasonable accommodations.
Nice To Haves
- Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification.
- OSHA 10-30
Responsibilities
- Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership.
- Assist other maintenance staff on special projects.
- Accurate documentation in English is necessary for logs and inspection sheets.
- Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceilings.
- Repairs boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning.
- Other duties as assigner by your leader.
