About The Position

The Maintenance Technician III supports and services production lines in the facility and performs preventative maintenance on production-line equipment. The role also includes seasonal external facility maintenance, waste management, and routine facility maintenance. The technician identifies parts and materials needed for assigned work, maintains the 5S program, and keeps training-program compliance current. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience, or related instruction, in maintaining industrial equipment, automation, or product repair.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
• Ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Ability to safely and proficiently perform maintenance and related activities involving equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Ability to prioritize daily and weekly work assignments as needed.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO, and NEC.
• PIV training and certification.
• Aerial lift training and certification.
• Knowledge of basic PC functions, including Windows.

Responsibilities

• Support and service production lines within the facility.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production-line equipment.
• Perform seasonal external facility maintenance.
• Manage waste and perform simple routine facility maintenance.
• Identify parts and materials needed to perform duties.
• Maintain the 5S program.
• Maintain compliance with training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
