About The Position
Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required.
- 10+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
- Electrical experience with motors, controls, PLCs.
- Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools).
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
Nice To Haves
- CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
Responsibilities

- Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis.
- Capable of training others on tasks.
- Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
- Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks.
- Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
- Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site.
- Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations.
- Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
