Overnight Maintenance Technician II- Century Plaza Master
About The Position
Action is seeking a full-time Maintenance Engineer to join our Century Plaza Master in Century City. The Maintenance Technician, supervised by the Chief Building Engineer, ensures upkeep and repair of common areas within the Association. Responsibilities include patching and painting, wallpaper repair, and cleaning engineering spaces. They also handle emergency preparedness and response, addressing issues such as floods, fire alarm activations, power outages, and earthquakes promptly. Continuous hands-on training is provided to support these duties, with a focus on potential advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Valid California Driver’s License required
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience or course work in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired.
