Overnight Maintenance Technician II- Century Plaza Master
About The Position
Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Engineer to join their team at Century Plaza Master in Century City. The Maintenance Technician, supervised by the Chief Building Engineer, is responsible for the upkeep and repair of common areas within the Association. This role involves tasks such as patching and painting, wallpaper repair, and cleaning engineering spaces. The technician will also handle emergency preparedness and response for issues like floods, fire alarm activations, power outages, and earthquakes. Continuous hands-on training is provided, with opportunities for advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid California Driver’s License

- Hands-on experience or course work in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall
