About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to support manufacturing operations in Kenosha, WI. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Level II technicians are preferred, though strong Level I candidates may be considered based on assessment results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience or comparable demonstrated skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment
• Experience using shop equipment such as drill press, band saw, and portable power tools
• Ability to read and use precision measuring devices
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS

Nice To Haves

• 2-year technical degree
• Experience mentoring or training other maintenance technicians
• Strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance on physical manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using logical and systematic methods
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, and production machinery
• Install and align mechanical drive systems
• Complete major service, overhaul, and replacement of failed parts or components
