Requirements

2+ years of experience in maintenance or technical roles within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with a working knowledge of PLC systems and other automated technologies.
Ability to perform precise inspections and detect early signs of equipment failure.
Capable of quickly diagnosing problems and implementing timely solutions.
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially in a new facility where teamwork is key to success.

Nice To Haves

Experience with automated or high-tech machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform Preventative Maintenance: Proactively monitor and service M2P equipment to ensure top performance and prevent issues before they arise.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
Optimize Performance: Collaborate with the site team to continuously improve machine performance and implement upgrades or modifications.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of all service work, inspections, and repairs to ensure compliance with BHS standards.
Collaborate with New Site Team: Work closely with the new team at this site to establish efficient workflows and support the successful launch and ongoing operation of the facility.
