About The Position

This full-time Maintenance Technician II position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant, including preventative maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs, plumbing repairs, and changes of building equipment. The role involves face-to-face interaction with residents while completing assigned work orders. The company, Life Care Services, is a premier provider of senior living, with its Sagewood location situated in the NE Phoenix valley, offering resort-style living and hospitality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, general maintenance processes and methods
• Proficiency in HVAC and plumbing
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and schematics
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
