About The Position

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced and self-motivated part-time Maintenance Technician II to join their team at Jailen's Pointe Apartments in Vancouver, Washington. This role involves performing a variety of general maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the community. The position is part-time, 24 hours per week, with a wage range of $26.00–$28.00 per hour, plus a $50/month phone reimbursement. Requirements

2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in property management maintenance with well-rounded skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds.
Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks.
