About The Position

KMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our 2nd shift production. This role will maintain, diagnose, and repair industrial systems throughout the facility along with performing basic maintenance tasks and completing project work while maintaining safe working conditions and following prescribed safety practices both independently and in a team environment. This includes updating and completing preventative maintenance tasks on various equipment and within ERP system.

Requirements

• Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel
• Ability to sit and talk or hear
• Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Ability to crawl into tight areas within machine tools
• Ability to climb 23 inches and 20 ladder rungs

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair industrial systems throughout the facility
• Perform basic maintenance tasks
• Complete project work
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow prescribed safety practices
• Update and complete preventative maintenance tasks on various equipment and within ERP system
