Requirements

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred

Responsibilities

Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnosing equipment issues and reducing downtime through effective problem-solving
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
Assisting with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and work orders
Supporting facility, utility, and building maintenance needs
Following all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements
Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards
Collaborating with production teams to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance
