American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for Preserve at Mill Creek, a 400-unit residential community in Buford, GA. The company offers a new bonus structure including a $100 on-call stipend and potential bonuses up to $250 based on make-ready status and work order completion.
Requirements
- Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
- HVAC Certified
- Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
- Irrigation knowledge
- Background and drug screening are a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
- Responding to work orders within 24 hours
- Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing
- Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked
- Tracking inventory used
- Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs
