About The Position

The Maintenance Technician II at Riverplace Apartment Homes in Independence, OR, is a full-time position responsible for completing work orders, turning units, and maintaining common areas and property grounds. Requirements

• 1-2+ years of maintenance experience (apartment experience preferred)
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Team player who can also work independently

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances)
• Turn units between residents
• Maintain common areas and property grounds
• Perform basic landscaping (mowing, trimming)
• Assist with pool maintenance
• Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Coordinate with the property manager on priorities
• Occasional training at our central office
• Running errands for supervisors
