As a Maintenance Technician II, your role is crucial to our success, involving the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. This role may also include responsibilities related to due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, and participation in company committees.

Requirements

Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
HVAC Certified
Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
Irrigation knowledge

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
Responding to work orders within 24 hours
Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing
Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked
Tracking inventory used
Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs
